Selling a house in Norfolk?
We’ve been buying homes across Hampton Roads for more than 15 years, including here in Norfolk, where so many neighborhoods are full of older homes with real character. One of the houses we bought and renovated here is below.
Whatever’s going on with the house
Most people who call us are going through something hard. Here’s how we help in the situations we see most.
Neighborhoods we know
Whatever shape the house is in, and whatever’s going on, we’d like to hear about it.
Ocean View and Bayview
Older homes in neighborhoods that keep changing and growing.
Larchmont and Colonial Place
Older homes with a lot of character, and a lot of potential.
Before and after
Houses we bought here, the way we found them and the way they looked when the work was done.

In their own words
Real Google reviews from homeowners across Hampton Roads.
“After my grandmother passed away without a will, there were 14 heirs involved making the sale of the property highly complex… He offered a fair and transparent price and remained fully committed despite the extended timeline and complications in this type of sale.”
“…they worked with me on my timeframe. Adjusted to any changes I tossed their way on the fly, answered all my questions…”
Selling in Norfolk: straight answers
01Do you buy houses everywhere in Norfolk?
Yes. We buy houses all over Norfolk and the rest of Hampton Roads, in any condition. Tell us where the house is and what’s going on, and we’ll let you know quickly.
02How do I know whether I should sell directly to you or list the house with a real estate agent?
It depends on the house and on what matters most to you. Selling to us can make sense when you value convenience, certainty and selling as-is more than getting the highest possible retail price.
If the house is in good shape and you have the time to prepare it and wait for the right buyer, listing with an agent may leave you with more. We’ll walk through both with you, and if listing makes more sense, we’ll tell you.
03Do I need to make any repairs or clean the house out before I sell it to you?
No. You don’t need to clean, make repairs or prepare the house for us. We want to see it exactly as it is. There are no repairs or cleanout required before closing unless we’ve specifically agreed otherwise.
04How quickly can you close, and can I choose the closing date?
We can close quickly when you need speed, but not every seller needs to be rushed. Whenever possible, we work around your timeline and choose a closing date that makes sense for your situation. Every situation is different, so we’ll talk through the timing with you before you sign.
